Return Policy

1.       Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not pleased with the product(s) you purchased from Southwest Anti-Aging Center, please call our Customer Service department at (806) 350-7311

2.      Any claims for shortage or damage must be made to our Customer Service department at (806) 350-7311 within 7 days of receipt of package.

3.      If you received a damaged package, save the original packaging and contents and call us as soon as possible but not later than 7 days following receipt.

4.      No refunds/credits will be issued on compounded products.

5.      We will accept unopened, unmarked, unexpired, resalable product in the original condition if Customer Service is contacted within 7 days of receipt of product.

6.      Packages received without Customer Service approval will be returned to the sender without refund/credit.

7.      Southwest Anti-Aging Center must receive returned product before a product refund/credit will be issued.

8.      The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived by Customer Service.
